th out of 26 teams in Rochester.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- Sophomore Michael Ventricelli (Massapequa, N.Y.) led the Morrisville men's cross country team to an 18th overall finish as he crossed in 78th scoring position among the field of 312 participants Saturday morning at the University of Rochester Yellowjacket Invitational at Genesee Valley Park.
- Ventricelli registered a time of 27:39.6, edging Avion Harris (Niagara Falls, N.Y.) who crossed eight seconds later to score second for Morrisville.
- Nasir King (Elmira, N.Y.) was third to finish for the Mustangs, five seconds behind Harris, before Ryan Wiese (Haddam, Conn.) posed a time of 28:57.1 to score fourth for Morrisville.
- Ethan Cossett (Oneida, N.Y.) rounded out team scoring for Morrisville with his time of 29:38.3, a 136th scoring finish.
- Geneseo claimed the overall invitational team title, placing two runners in the top five.

- Morrisville will return to the starting line next Saturday at the Roberts Wesleyan Invite in Rochester.
