ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The SUNY Morrisville men's cross country team competed at the NCAA Division 3 Niagara Regional Championships Saturday morning, hosted by RIT at the Genesee Valley Park in Rochester, finishing 18^th overall as a team out of competitors from 29 different institutions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

• The SUNY Morrisville men's cross country team concluded the 2025 competition season Saturday at the NCAA Division 3 Niagara Regional Championships, hosted by RIT at the Genesee Valley Park, placing 18^th overall as a team out of competitors from 29 different institutions.
• Morrisville, who posted 532 team points, was led by sophomore Michael Ventricelli (Massapequa, N.Y.) who crossed in 75^th individual place out of 189 total runners with a time of 27:17.1 in the 8K event.
• Nasir King (Elmira, N.Y.) was second to score for Morrisville, crossing 10 seconds later in 92^nd individually, before Ethan Cossette (Oneida, N.Y.) added a 113^th place finish with a time of 28:14.9.
• Avion Harris (Niagara Falls, N.Y.) scored fourth with a time of 28:41.6, placing 125^th, while Zephrym Grover (Amherst, N.Y.) crossed fifth for the Mustangs in 28:46.1, collecting an 127^th place finish.
• Nate Dziedzic (Chittenango, N.Y.) and Brenden Bove (East Aurora, N.Y.) also competed for the Mustangs, finishing 128^th and 144^th overall with their times of 29:17.5 and 29:40.1, respectively.
