KEUKA PARK, N.Y. – The SUNY Morrisville men's soccer team posted a season opening win Wednesday afternoon on the road at Keuka College, snagging the 2-0 victory with both scores in the 89^th minute in Keuka Park.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

• Visiting SUNY Morrisville men's soccer scored twice in the 89^th minute of the 2026 season opening contest on the road at Keuka College, claiming the non-conference win in Keuka Park.
• Morrisville, who battled to a scoreless draw at the half, exploded offensively in the second, outgaining the Wolves in looks at net 11-6, breaking through at the 88:12 mark as Djily Niang (Manhattan, N.Y.) put the Mustangs ahead 1-0.
• Niang collected the rebound within the six-yard box, after the initial shot sent in by Tariq Thompson (Hudson, N.Y.) couldn't be controlled by the Keuka goalkeeper.
• Forty-five seconds later Morrisville added a second score, a long shot from Musab Kamaldeen (Bronx, N.Y.) on the left side that landed just inside the far post, sealing the road win.
• Jonathan Tolpa (Holland Patent, N.Y.) earned the shut out in net, recorded two saves.
• Jakob Snyder collected six in the loss for Keuka.
