Early strike proves to be difference as Mustangs fall to Ithaca 1-0

MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – Visiting Ithaca College men's soccer recorded the game's lone score just 12 minutes into the non-conference contest against the host SUNY Morrisville Mustangs Wednesday night, topping the Mustangs 1-0 on Drake Field in Morrisville.

  • The SUNY Morrisville men's soccer team dropped their third straight contest Wednesday night, falling to visiting Ithaca College by a 1-0 final score as the Bombers remain undefeated at 5-0-1.
  • Ithaca posted the game's lone goal 12:29 into the contest, as Noah Partenza hit the upper right corner of the net with this long shot from outside the left top of the box.
  • The Mustangs had a few good looks at the net but were unable to sneak one past the Bomber defense as they suffered the one goal setback.
  • Brayden Milbradt recorded the win in net for Ithaca, turning away two.
