ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The SUNY Morrisville men's track and field team competed at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic this past weekend, turning in several solid performances.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

• The SUNY Morrisville men's track and field team turned in several standout performances Saturday at the St. John Fisher Carinal Classic, highlighted by podium finishes and strong showings.
• Nate Dziedzic (Chittenango, N.Y.) delivered a standout performance for Morrisville, earning a second-place finish in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 11:03.79, one of the top finishes of the meet for the Mustangs.
• Kip Isaac (Binghamton, N.Y.) highlighted the sprint group, advancing through prelims to reach the 100m final, where he placed sixth overall in 11.41 against a fast field.
• Siyel Bowman (Bronx, N.Y.) turned in a top five finish in the 400m, clocking a time of 52.49 to place fifth, showing strong form in the one lap event.
• Michael Ventricelli (Massapequa, N.Y.) continued his strong season in the distance events, finishing 15^th in the 1500m (4:12.62) in a large field.
• Nasir King (Elmira, N.Y.) ran a 2:04.43 in the 800m while Ethan Cossett (Oneida, N.Y.) ran 17:01.58 in the 5000m, helping round out Morrisville's efforts in the distance events.
