MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) announced its weekly awards Monday, with junior Anyssia Ingersoll (Mexico, N.Y.) of the SUNY Morrisville women's lacrosse team earning Offensive Player of the Week honors for her performance this past week.
Ingersoll led the Mustangs to a 2-0 record, totaling 19 points on 13 goals and six assists across two contests. She helped Morrisville open the week with a 15-5 victory at Keuka before returning home to secure a 20-0 shutout win over Old Westbury.
The honor marks the second straight SUNYAC Offensive Player of the Week selection for Ingersoll this season.
