OSWEGO, N.Y. – Visiting SUNY Morrisville men's hockey hit the road for the first time since resuming action after the winter break, dropping a 5-0 final score to host and no. 6 ranked SUNY Oswego on the road in Oswego Friday night.

• Host SUNY Oswego men's hockey scored twice in each the first and second periods of play Friday night, shutting out the visiting Morrisville Mustangs as they posted the 5-0 SUNYAC win in Oswego.
• The Lakers put their first tally of the night on the scoreboard just 3:38 in, adding a second at 4:56 to claim the 2-0 opening period lead.
• Seconds into the second period, Oswego added their third of the night, before capping off the frame with their fourth goal at the 14:36 mark.
• The Lakers wrapped up all scoring midway through the third with a shorthanded tally to earn the league win.
• Grant Linville (Edmond, Okla.) recorded 17 stops in net in each the first and second periods, collecting a game total 46 come final whistle.
• Brandon Milberg registered 13 in the win for the Lakers between the pipes, with teammate Justin Ryan picking up a pair of goals in the win.
