MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – SUNY Morrisville men's hockey fell in SUNYAC action Friday night on their home ice in Morrisville to visiting Skidmore College, as the Thoroughbreds picked up the 12-1 league win.

• Visiting Skidmore College rolled to a SUNYAC win over host SUNY Morrisville men's hockey Friday night in Morrisville, posting the 12-1 league decision.
• The Thoroughbreds posted five first period scores, setting the Mustangs back early, four within four minutes time.
• Skidmore opened the gap to seven before Morrisville's Connor Carlile (Southlake, Texas) was able to break the drought for the Mustangs 7:05 into the second, preventing the shut out.
• Ethan Henry (Buffalo, N.Y.) and Caden Sutter (Chippewa Falls, Wisc.) earned the assists.
• The visitors, however, would add five more tallies to their already significant lead, two coming on the power play to collect a game total three across the night.
• Chad Lowe (Auburn, N.Y.) registered 10 saves in nearly nine minutes in net for the Mustangs in the loss.
• Grant Linville (Edmond, Okla.) finished out the remainder of the contest between the pipes, collecting 47 in his efforts in net.
