MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – SUNY Morrisville men's soccer notched their first win of the 2025 season Friday, handing visiting Keuka College the 1-0 opening loss on Drake Field in Morrisville.
Morrisville's tally came at the 16:03 mark as
Pedro Oliveira (Baraga, Portugal) connected with
Christ Fopossi Tchuente (Bronx, N.Y.) for the score.
Morrisville's defense limited Keuka to just three looks at net overall in the contest, one on goal that was turned aside by
Ronaldo Fatolou (New York, N.Y.) who posted the shut out win with one save.
Tyler Spina registered the loss, allowing the score before being replaced by Logan Kam for the remaining 55 minutes. Kam posted six saves.
Morrisville returns to the field Tuesday, hosting Hartwick College at 4 p.m. in Morrisville.
