ROCHESTER, N.Y. – SUNY Morrisville men's ice hockey dropped a 6-2 road decision to St. John Fisher University Friday night in Rochester, as the Cardinals posted three tallies in the second half en route to the win.

• SUNY Morrisville men's ice hockey fell in non-conference action Friday night on the road at St. John Fisher University, with the Cardinals netting three second period scores en route to the 6-2 win.
• The hosts held a 1-0 lead after the first, before adding to their totals with two quick tallies, including a short handed score in the second to open the lead to 3-0.
• Within a minute of the third Cardinal score, Morrisville's Logan Robins (Livonia, Mich.) notched his first of the young season to put the Mustangs on the board, putting away the feed from Logan James (Belleville, Ont.) and Brady Rossbach (New Berlin, Wisc.).
• St. John Fisher would add a third strike, this time on the power play late in the frame, to regain the three goal lead.
• The Cardinals expanded their advantage to five with two additional scores in the third, while Morrisville got a second tally off the stick of Maxim Maziarchuk (Staten Island, N.Y.) late in the third.
• Noah Patrick (Barrie, Ont.) and Mason Losel (Lake View, N.Y.) were credited with the assists.
• Chad Lowe (Auburn, N.Y.) had 35 stops in net in the loss for the Mustangs.
