CANTON, N.Y. – Sophomore Isabella Eskierka (Amery, Wisc.) led all attackers with 19 kills Saturday afternoon to lead visiting SUNY Morrisville women's volleyball to a 3-1 match win over host SUNY Canton in Canton.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

• Visiting SUNY Morrisville volleyball picked up a 3-1 match win over host SUNY Canton in SUNYAC action Saturday afternoon, dominating play at the net as the Mustangs outgained the Roos 43-26 in kills and 12-4 in blocks.
• Isabella Eskierka (Amery, Wisc.) led all attackers with 19 kills, adding seven blocks, while teammate Samantha Siedlecki (Thorton, Colo.) posted eight kills, matching her total with a career high eight blocks.
• Cassandra Bellmore (Windsor, N.Y.) and Keely Shearer (Haslet, Texas) each recorded 15 assists across the four-set match.
• Kayla Sheasby (Hood River, Ore.) led the defense with 10 digs.
• Morrisville dominated the first set 25-11 to take the 1-0 match lead before Canton posted the win in the second taking advantage of Mustang hitting errors.
• Morrisville, though, took the match win with a 25-16 performance in the third and 25-18 set win in the fourth.

• Morrisville will host Plattsburgh on Friday, October 31 in the last weekend of regular season league action, wrapping up with Potsdam on November 1.
