MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – Visiting no. 3 ranked Salisbury University Seagulls posted five first quarter goals Sunday afternoon to hand host SUNY Morrisville the 6-0 SUNYAC loss on Drake Field in Morrisville.

• Visiting nationally ranked no. 3 Salisbury University field hockey scored five times in the opening quarter of Sunday afternoon's SUNYAC action on Drake Field in Morrisville, handing the host Mustangs a 6-0 league loss.
• The Seagulls opened all scoring just 3:25 into the contest before adding a second 27 seconds later for an early 2-0 advantage.
• Salisbury added three more over the course of a two-minute span to open the gap to a 5-0 advantage after one quarter.
