MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – Host SUNY Morrisville men's ice hockey fell in SUNYAC action Friday night on their home ice in Morrisville to visiting Oswego State, as the Lakers collected a 5-0 win behind three tallies in the final period.

• Visiting Oswego State men's hockey scored three times on the power play Friday night as they collected a 5-0 win over host SUNY Morrisville at the Morrisville IcePlex.
• The Lakers took a 1-0 first period lead after netting a power play score at the 8:44 mark off the stick of Ryan Burke, before adding to their lead 1:02 into the second with a tally from Matt McQuade.
• The visitors put the game out of reach in the third with three straight tallies over eight minutes, including two on the power play, to collect the win.
• Justin Ryan notched the second power play score for the Lakers at the 5:03 mark, before Nico Paone added a goal of his own at 9:49.
• Connor Gatto wrapped up all scoring for the visitors at the 13:15 mark with a third power play goal.
• Grant Linville (Edmond, Okla.) recorded the loss in net, despite a 45 save effort across the contest.
• Brandon Milberg had 12 stops in the win for Oswego.
