MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – The SUNY Morrisville hunt seat equestrian team opened the season Saturday morning with a show hosted at the indoor riding arena at the Mustangs home facility, finishing fifth overall in team standings.

- Lauren McCarthy (Weedsport, N.Y.) - 5th in open equitation, 3rd intermediate fences
- Sarah Wood (DeRuyter, N.Y.) - 4th open equitation, 3rd open fences
- Emma Petricca (Blasdell, N.Y.) - 7th intermediate fences; 4th intermediate equitation
- Kara Teal (Poestenkill, N.Y.) - 2nd limit fences; 4th limit equitation
- Mia Kaplan (Ridgewood, N.J.) - 3rd limit fences; 4th intermediate equitation
- Kayla Sheeley (Tivoli, N.Y.) - 3rd limit equitation
- Molly Martin-Bauer (Victor, N.Y.) - 4th limit equitation
- Savannah Liddy (Horseheads, N.Y.) - 2nd novice equitation
- Nicolette Scott (Wallkill, N.Y.) - 3rd novice equitation
- Emily McLean (Macedon, N.Y.) - 4th novice equitation
- Hannah Gill (Liberty, N.Y.) - 1st pre-novice equitation

Morrisville will return to the riding arena on Saturday, hosting the IHSA competition at 9 a.m. at their Fearon Road arena.
