Purchase, N.Y. – The SUNY Morrisville men's basketball team would pick up their 2^nd win in a row as they traveled to Manhattanville College to take on the Valiants.  The Mustangs would jump out to a big lead and would go into half time up 44-32, which would be enough as Morrisville took down Manhattanville 77-62.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• In the first half Morrisville shot 43.2% from the field while shooting 6-13 from the 3-point line for 46.2%.  The Mustangs held the advantage on the boards as they pulled down 23 rebounds (6 offensive) while their opponents finished with 16 in the first half.  Morrisville would finish the day with 45 rebounds.
• Kareem Sanders (Schenectady, N.Y.) led the team with 16 points as he shot 6-9 from the field, 1-1 from the 3-point line, and 3-4 from the free throw line.  Sanders also finished with 4 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals.
• Jakhi Lucas (Rochester, N.Y.) finished with a strong game for the Mustangs as he finished with 12 points, 7 rebounds and a team leading 4 assists and 3 steals.
• Jordan Coard (Jamaica, N.Y.) led the Mustangs with 8 rebounds while also finishing with 6 points for Morrisville.
• Jon Corl (Bridgeport, N.Y.) would come off the bench to shoot a perfect 2-2 from the field and 1-1 from the free throw line for 5 points while also pulling down 5 rebounds.
