  • Morrisville drained 9-of-15 shots, including 6-of-10 from beyond the arc in the fourth quarter, after trailing by three heading into the final frame of action.
  • Taylor Colone-Microni (Oneonta, N.Y.) paced the Mustangs with 18 points on the night, adding seven rebounds and two assists as she hit three from long range.

  • Brooke Hammersley (Weedsport, N.Y.) led Morrisville on the glass, snagging 12, while assisting four.
  • Morrisville entered the fourth quarter trailing 44-41, and after Abington built up a six-point lead, used a three by Rachel Vieira (Caruthers, Calif.) to kick off a 13-2 tilt that shifted momentum in favor of the visitors.
  • Vieira nailed one from beyond the arc to make it a three-point game, before freshman Dezia Becker (Endicott, N.Y.) collected back-to-back three's, giving the Mustangs the three-point advantage.
  • Hammersley added one from the free throw line to contribute to the 10-0 spurt before Abington was able to break up the Mustang scoring, but Colone-Microni responded 14 seconds later with the fourth three-ball in three minutes time for Morrisville.
  • Abington was able to close the gap to three with 4:06 to go, but the Mustangs continued to attack offensively building up a 14-point advantage that proved too much for the hosts to overcome.
  • The Mustangs limited Abington to just 16 points in the fourth, while capitalizing off Lion miscues and collecting 12 points off turnovers in the final frame alone, including eight that were second chance points as they hit the glass to maintain possession.
  • Across the contest, Morrisville dominated with 19 points gained off miscues, 17 total second chance points, and had the bench contribute 21.
