Box Score PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. – The SUNY Morrisville women's hockey team continues to look for a league win as they fell in NEWHL action by a 6-1 final score to nationally ranked no. 3 Plattsburgh Saturday afternoon in Plattsburgh.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

• Host Plattsburgh State remained untouched in league action Saturday as the visiting SUNY Morrisville women's hockey team was unable to cage the Cardinals on their home ice in Plattsburgh in NEWHL play.
• Plattsburgh posted three first period scores and added three more before Morrisville was able to take advantage of the extra skater and net a power play tally midway through the third.
• Allie Davidson (Niagara Falls, Ont.) netted her fourth of the season at the 10:42 mark of the third to negate the shut out, putting the puck in the back of the net off the pass from Meadow Clarke (Middlesackville, N.S.) and Allicen Bouchard (Rockford, Ill.).
• Emma Plett (Grunthal, Man.) recorded the loss after making six stops in the first period of play before Maggie Jones (Marystown, N.L.) finished out the contest to notch 29 stops across the second and third periods.

• Morrisville will return to the ice Tuesday, traveling to Hamilton College in Clinton, N.Y. for a non-conference pre-Thanksgiving icing. Opening faceoff is scheduled for 1 p.m.
