• SUNY Morrisville played to a scoreless first half before back-to-back tallies by host Penn College in the second, falling in United East action by a 2-0 final score in Williamsport.
• Penn College tallied the first of two scores in the 51^st minute with Sara Darlington splitting two defenders to net the unassisted goal at the 50:43 mark, before Billigean Hennessy gave the hosts the 2-0 advantage with a score of her own 57 seconds later.
• Penn College, who dominated the contest from the opening whistle, placed 13 total shots on net against Morrisville keeper Meaghan Miller (West Irondequoit, N.Y.) who turned away 10 in the loss.
