ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Brianna Gates (Eagle, Colo.), Kirsten Florio (Wellsboro, Pa.), and Emily Huppee (Austin, Tex.) posted double digit kill performances, but it was not enough to propel the Mustangs past the Devils in a back and forth five set battle on Saturday afternoon.

• Records: Morrisville 5-6, Fredonia 5-5 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• The Devils edged the Mustangs in the first set by just two points.  However, the Mustangs were able to flip the script in the second set, taking the set
• Fredonia picked up a 25- set win in the third set, but Morrisville responded once again with an eight point victory in the fourth set to force the deciding fifth set.
• The Mustangs saw themselves fall behind early in the fifth, but rallied back to take an 11-10 advantage.
• Unfortunately, the Devils rallied back from there to complete the five set win.
• Gates and Florio posted 14 kills each for the Mustangs, while Huppee tacked on 10 of her own.
