MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – Morrisville built on Wednesday evening's three set win over Oneonta to defeat the SUNY Poly Wildcats 3-0 in their first match of the day on Saturday.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- The Mustangs came out swinging in the first set, posting 9 kills to take the 25-19 first set win.
- Morrisville continued to build on their offensive momentum in the second and third sets, posting 11 and 14 kills respectively.
- Throughout the match, the Mustangs also picked up points behind a strong serve game. Brianna Gates (Eagle, Colo.) and Siobhan Moore (Leyden, Mass.) each put away five aces.
- Offensively, Kirsten Florio (Wellsboro, Pa.) led the way, tallying 12 kills.
- Moore tallied 28 assists, setting up not only Florio, but Gates who added 8 kills to the attack, and Emily Huppee (Austin, Tex.) and Kayci Olson (Cortland, N.Y.) who each added six.
