MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – Morrisville rallied back after allowing two early Roos' scores, to take a 6-4 non-conference road win on Saturday night.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• The Lakers jumped on the Mustangs early, outshooting the home squad 19-4.
• Oswego State would be rewarded for their efforts, picking up an early goal at the 2:40 mark.
• Six minutes later, Oswego extended their lead with a power play tally.
• The Lakers capped their first period scoring at the 18:59 mark to take a 3-0 lead into the first intermission.
• The visitors continued pound the Morrisville crease with shots throughout the second even though the two squads were nearly equal on face offs.
• The Mustangs were granted their only two power play opportunities in the second period.  Unfortunately, the Lakers broke up that momentum with a penalty kill, their fourth goal of the contest, and another penalty kill.
