ONEONTA, N.Y. – The Mustangs hit the road on Wednesday night for non-conference contest against the Red Dragons of SUNY Oneonta. Unfortunately, Morrisville could not mount a comeback, falling 3 sets to 1.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Morrisville continued to gain points behind strong serves, collecting 9 aces on the night.
- However, most of those points were negated by a strong Red Dragon net presence as the home squad put away 8 blocks and forced the Mustangs into 20 attack errors.
- Megyan Merrill (Millport, N.Y.) amassed 28 kills in the four sets, while Amelia Baratier (Liverpool, N.Y.) tallied 18.
- Siobhan Moore (Leyden, Mass.) and Hannah Taylor (Goshen, N.Y.) split the setting duties, collecting 31 and 22 assists respectively.
- Defensively, the Mustangs picked up double digit dig performances by Sam Wolf (Liverpool, N.Y.) with 19, while Merrill collected 13 and Baratier added 10.

- The Mustangs return to their home court this weekend as they host a North Eastern Athletic Conference cross over. Play opens at 12 PM on Saturday with Morrisville hosting Penn State Harrisburg, followed by a 2 PM match against Penn State Abington.
