MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – The Morrisville State Women's Volleyball continued to roll in North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) play on Saturday, sweeping their home crossover event against Penn State Harrisburg and Penn State Abington by identical match scores of 3-0.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- The Mustangs used a balanced offensive attack in the first match against Penn State Harrisburg, with seven players recording kills.
- Megyan Merrill (Millport, N.Y.) led the way with 13 kills, while Amelia Baratier (Liverpool, N.Y.) added 10. Even libero, Sam Wolf (Liverpool, N.Y.) got into the action, putting away a kill on a free ball that fell in no man's land on the Harrisburg side.
- Siobhan Moore (Leyden, Mass.) collected 31 assists and also chipped in one of the Mustangs 8 service aces in the first match.
- Morrisville continued their balanced attack in the second match against Penn State Harrisburg with three Mustangs recording double digit kills.
- Merrill once again led the charge with 20 kills, but Brianna Gates (Eagle, Colo.) and Kirsten Florio (Wellsboro, Pa.) emerged with momentum swinging kills as each recorded 11 and 10 kills respectively.
- Moore added 33 assists in the second match, while Hannah Taylor (Goshen, N.Y.) tacked on 15.
- Defensively, the Mustangs found their groove at the net, tallying 9 total blocks across the two matches.
- Wolf continued to anchor the back row, recording 22 digs across the two matches.
WHAT'S NEXT
- Morrisville will hit the road for another NEAC Crossover event on Friday as they travel to Gallaudet University to take on Lancaster Bible College and Gallaudet. The Mustangs will open play at 2 PM against Lancaster Bible College before taking on Gallaudet at 4 PM.
