SUNY Morrisville head football coach Ed Raby, Jr. announced the addition of Brendon Levac as wide receivers coach beginning with the Spring 2024 season.

Levac returns to Morrisville after coaching stints with Alfred State, South Dakota State and most recently, New Mexico Highlands University.

The Rodman, N.Y. native is a 2021 graduate of SUNY Morrisville, where he served as quarterback of the Mustangs from the 2017-21 seasons. Aside from his role on the field, Levan also served as the vice president of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and was the recipient of the Julian Lovett Award, as voted by teammates.

Levac returns to Morrisville after a season serving as a wide receiver and quarterback coach for the Division II Cowboys, where he was involved with all aspects of both units.

Prior to his role at New Mexico, Levac spent a season with South Dakota State as the offensive quality control coach, where he assisted the wide receivers’ unit with positional meetings, practice and game day needs.

South Dakota State, a member of the NCAA FCS Missouri Valley Football Conference, went undefeated in league play in 2022 to claim the conference championship, and were later crowned the NFC National Champions, finishing with a 14-1 overall record. Come season end, the Jackrabbits were ranked second in the FCS in red zone offense and ninth in total offensive yards.
Levac spent the spring season as the defensive backs coach with the Alfred State Pioneers, also being involved with wide receivers and quarterbacks.

Levan earned his bachelors in business administration degree with a sports management minor in December 2021, completing his masters of science degree in business administration from New Mexico Highlands in 2023.
