2014 – Appeared in 20 games for the Mustangs on defense last season … recorded five goals and nine assists for 14 team points … had a +5 come season end … was whistled 14 times for 28 penalty minutes … one of his scores was a power play tally … was named the SUNYAC Player of the Week Feb. 4.

Prior to Morrisville State – Played two seasons for Broome Community College as a defenseman … also played two seasons of lacrosse for the Hornets … prior to Broome, played a season with the Wilkes-Barre Miners where he was named the NSHL Defenseman of the Year and a first team All-Star.

Other – Is the son of Laura and John Maerkl.
