Breckenridge, a native of Verona, N.Y., joins the Mustang coaching staff in the fall 2021 season as assistant field hockey coach.

She comes to Morrisville from Vernon-Verona-Sherrill High School where she served as the assistant varsity coach and modified coach of the field hockey programs.
 
Prior to her stint with the Red Devils, Breckenridge was an activity specialist with Camp Starlight where she coached lacrosse and field hockey.
 
Breckenridge is a graduate of Utica College with a bachelors degree in wellness and adventure education, furthering her education with the Pioneers obtaining her masters in education. While with the Pioneers, Breckenridge was a two-sport student-athlete, playing three seasons for the Pioneers as a midfielder with the lacrosse program, and one with the field hockey program as a midfielder. Her efforts on the field of play lauded the Central New York star Empire 8 All-Tournament team accolades in women’s lacrosse, alongside All-Conference first team and second team honors in back-to-back seasons.
 
Breckenridge had an outstanding career with VVS as a dual sport student-athlete in field hockey and lacrosse and continued her playing career at Salem State University before transferring to Utica. While at Salem, she was named Rookie of the Year for the women’s lacrosse program.
 
Obtaining her coaching certification in 2019, Breckenridge also holds her NYSTCE Physical Education and Health Education certificates.
