Each membership allows unlimited visits to the Fitness Center as well as access to all fitness classes and fitness challenges.
Memberships can be purchased at the College ID Office, located in the Campus Store. Members can pay, get a parking pass, and membership card from the College ID Office. Anyone can contact the College ID Office with questions.

Faculty / Staff:Ā $37.50 per six month period
Student Memberships*:Ā $75 per semester
* The membership fee for MorrisvilleĀ students is included with their semester bill. Students may chose to opt out and should contact the SUNY MorrisvilleĀ Student Accounts Office for additional information regarding the opt out option.

Hours of Operation
The Fitness Center is open five days a week when classes are in session.Ā Hours may change when classes are not in session.
Regular hours during the academic year are as follows:
- Monday - Friday - 6 a.m. - 9 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday - 10Ā a.m. - 5 p.m.
Summer hours are as follows:Ā
- Monday - Friday -Ā 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- Saturday - 10:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Facility Rules:
In addition to facility rules outlined below, the SUNY Morrisville Fitness Center will be practicing the following for use of the facility until further notice:
* All center users must have available their ID card for access
* Cleaning supplies have been made available to all facility users and it is expected that prior to, and following use, equipment be cleaned appropriately
- Ā The Fitness Center is a member-only facility
- Ā All members are required to swipe their ID Card for fitness center access
- Ā Minimum age for membership is 18 with exception of full-time college students
- Ā Members are encouraged to ask staff for assistance with first use of unfamiliar equipment
- Ā Users must wipe down all equipment after each use
- Ā No food, snacks or candy may be brought into the fitness center
- Ā The Fitness Center is not responsible for any lost or stolen items
- Ā Valuables, clothing, bags, coats, etc. should be left in the locker room or day-use lockers
- Ā Members must use headphones to listen to music during work-outs
- Ā All equipment must be returned to its rightful spot after use
- Ā Members must use a spotter when lifting heavy weights
- Ā Offensive language, misuse of equipment and disrespect to staff or other users will not be tolerated
- Ā Do no drop or throw weights. Weights must be lowered in a controlled motion
- Ā Report injuries or broken equipment to fitness center attendant immediately
- Ā Failure to comply with the rules will lead to dismissal from the fitness center

- Run Across America (3,000+ mile treadmill/elliptical run)

- Race and Marathon Training
* Note that not all classes and challenges may be available at all times.
The Fitness Center has also partnered up with the Wellness Center, located next to the Shelia Johnson Design Center, to allow members to work out with a personal trainer and have unique exercise programs tailored to fit their needs. Personal training is provided by Morrisville State's own human performance and health promotion students, as part of their internship course.

Equipment
A Fitness Center membership gives members the opportunity to use a variety of cardio and weight training equipment, along with free weights.
Cardio Training:
All cardio machines are equipped with network fitness, allowing users access to TV, internet, online resources, etc. during your workout.
On site you will find the following equipment to meet your cardio needs:
- (14) Treadmills
- Various Ellipticals including standard ellipticals, adjustable stride octanes, recumbent octanes, and new zero impact Percor Automated Motion Trainers
- Stair steppers
- Stair climber
- Rowers
- Armbike
- (3) Virtual Reality Expresso Bikes
- Stationary Bikes
- Recumbent Bikes
- (22) Spin Bikes
Training Machines:
The Fitness Center has a variety of weight training machines that include a weight training circut with 20 easy to use individual weight machines, and two (2) multistack cable machines.
Free Weights:
You can also get a great workout in by using the free weights the Fitness Center has available. Located on the lower level of the two floor facility, you can find (3) Olympic Squat Racks, a Smith Machine, Olympic Flat Benches, Olympic Decline Benches, and several adjustable benches.
Miscellaneous Equipment:
Core and TRX Systems are also available for your fitness needs!
If you are looking for that all around workout, the Fitness Center also has available Core and Plyo equipment for your workout use, along with TRX Systems!
