MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – The SUNY Morrisville volleyball team picked up a 3-0 match win over visiting Alfred State College Saturday morning on the second day of the Mustangs home tournament, defeating the Pioneers in three straight sets in Morrisville.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

• Host SUNY Morrisville women's volleyball posted a 3-0 match win over visiting Alfred State College Saturday morning, as they resumed tournament play with the straight set win.
• The Mustangs, who hit .296 across the match, were led by Isabella Eskierka (Amery, Wisc.) who collected 15 kills, adding two blocks to her totals on the day.
• Samantha Siedlecki (Thorton, Colo.) added eight kills, serving up two aces, while Alexa Warner (Draper, Utah) added seven.
• Keely Shearer (Haslet, Texas) had 14 assists in the match to go along with eight from Kylie Hutchinson (Liberty Hill, Texas) and another seven from Cassandra Bellmore (Windsor, N.Y.).
• Hutchinson also had 15 digs with Shearer adding 10 in the win.
• Alayna Tomlinson had 12 kill to lead Alfred State's efforts, adding six aces while Gloria Stem contributed eight kills and Ava Wickes 14 digs.
