MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – College Sports Communicators has recognized the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom Tuesday, naming six to the 2025-26 Academic All-District Women's At-Large Team.
To be eligible for consideration for Academic All-District, student-athletes must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average and participate in a minimum of 90% of the season contests or started in at least 66% of scheduled games.
Chloe Curtis (Morrisville, N.Y.) and
Gabbie Purchiaroni (East Syracuse, N.Y.) were both selected for field hockey, while
Zoe Leas (North Vancouver, B.C.) earned the recognition as a member of the women's ice hockey program.
Jaidon Brodie (Mt. Vision, N.Y.),
Haylie Buysse (Keene Valley, N.Y.) and
Ella Oakes (Hogansburg, N.Y.) represented the women's lacrosse program on the honorees list.
"We are incredibly proud of these women for earning this well-deserved recognition with College Sports Communicators as an Academic All-District honoree," Associate Athletic Director
Brandy Thurston said. "This is a direct reflection on their work ethic within athletics and academics and exemplifies their commitment to reaching excellence as a Mustang student-athlete."
