MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – The SUNY Morrisville men's hockey team closed out the 2025-26 season Friday night on their home ice, falling in SUNYAC action to visiting SUNY Cortland.

• The SUNY Morrisville men's hockey team closed out the 2025-26 season Friday night against visiting SUNY Cortland, falling by a 10-1 final score on their home ice in Morrisville.
• Cortland took an early 1-0 lead netting their first just 1:20 into the contest.
• Morrisville would pull the game even at the 14:52 mark as Ethan Henry (Buffalo, N.Y.) put away the one timer on the right side of the net after Brayden Goncalves (Kelowna, B.C.) and Logan Robins (Livonia, Mich.) moved the puck across the crease for the open shot, sending the game into the first intermission tied at one.
• Cortland pulled away in the second, netting five unanswered scores, before closing out the game in the third for the SUNYAC win.
• Grant Linville (Edmond, Okla.) had a career high 51 saves in the Mustang efforts in net, closing out his collegiate career.
