CORTLAND, N.Y. – The SUNY Morrisville men's track and field team placed two relay's and two individual runners in the top 10 of Saturday's SUNYAC Outdoor Championship events at the Cortland Track and Field Complex in Cortland, finishing 10
th overall in team standings after final scoring.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- The SUNY Morrisville men's track and field team finished 10th overall in team standings Saturday after the second day of the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships hosted by SUNY Cortland, placing both relay's in the top 10, alongside two individuals in their respective races.
- The men's 4x100 relay team of Thando Shezi (Johannesburg, South Africa), Thomas Eison (St. Albans, N.Y.), Siyel Bowman (Bronx, N.Y.) and Kaleel Tobias (Rosedale, N.Y.) finished second overall in their heat with a time of 44.0 seconds, placing ninth overall at the conclusion of all heats, kicking off the day's action for the Mustangs.
- Freshman Michael Ventricelli (Massapequa, N.Y.) moved up two positions on the final lap of the 1500-meter race, recording a fourth lap split of 1:04.80, claiming third overall in the field of 15.
- Senior Avion Harris (Niagara Falls, N.Y.) also competed in the 1500 race, finishing eighth overall as he posted a time of 4:!6.01.
- Ventricelli, who made the finals in the 800-meter race yesterday, finished eighth overall with his time of 2:28.28 to earn the point for Morrisville.
- The men's 4x400 relay wrapped up competition for the Mustangs in their first SUNYAC post-season showing, easily winning their heat by a solid 50+yards with a time of 3:32.37.
- Bowman, Kieran Carter (Oswego, N.Y.), Harris, and Ventricelli's relay time stood to secure the eighth overall place finish for the point, edging Buffalo State for the slot by nearly a second.
