DELHI, N.Y. – The SUNY Morrisville women's volleyball team posted a 3-1 match win over non-conference opponent University of Maine at Presque Isle Saturday afternoon on the road at SUNY Delhi in tri-match action.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

• Visiting SUNY Morrisville women's volleyball collected a 3-1 match win Saturday afternoon on the road against the University of Maine Presque Isle in Delhi tri-match action.
• The Mustangs out hit UMPI .269 to .082 across the afternoon, including a single set best .579 in the first.
• Morrisville dominated UMPI throughout the first set, taking a 1-0 match lead as they posted the 25-3 victory behind 12 kills, while limiting the opponent to just one.
• UMPI took the second set as Morrisville struggled to find rhythm in their swing, but the Mustangs bounced back and dominated the final two sets 25-13 to post the match victory.
• Autumn Dailey (Smyrna, N.Y.) led the Mustangs with a match high 14 kills, while fellow middle Samantha Siedlecki (Thorton, Colo.) added another 10.
• Kayla Sheasby (Hood River, Ore.) and Keely Shearer (Haslet, Texas) served up three aces a piece as the Mustangs posted 10 across the match, while Samantha Mehler (Cummings, Ga.) and Siedlecki were strong at the net, combining for six blocks.
• Shearer put up a collegiate high 39 assists in the win, while Sheasby added 24 digs on the defensive side of the ball.
• Mary Trowbridge (Brookhaven, N.Y.) contributed two aces and had 13 digs to add to the Mustang win.
