MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – SUNY Morrisville women's soccer freshman Alyssa Denton (Castle Creek, N.Y.) posted a career high 18 saves Saturday morning in the league loss to visiting SUNY Cortland on Drake Field in Morrisville.

• Visiting SUNY Cortland women's soccer netted a SUNYAC win Saturday morning over the host Morrisville Mustangs, posting the 5-0 league victory on Drake Field in Morrisville.
• Morrisville put up a tough fight against the league leading Red Dragons, with freshman goalkeeper Alyssa Denton (Castle Creek, N.Y.) recorded a collegiate high 18 stops in net, 10 that came in the second half in the loss.
• Cortland put their first on the board 6:08 into the opening half on a one-timer under the cross bar off the cross from the right wing.
• Nearly 20 minutes later they added a second to their totals to claim the 2-0 advantage at the halftime break.
• At the 66th minute of play, Cortland headed a well placed corner kick into the back of the net for the 3-0 advantage, before adding a one-timer on the right post in the 80^th minute for the four goal lead.
• They completed all scoring with a free kick score that came at the 85:03 mark.
• Olivia Rouse recorded the win in net for Cortland, collecting a save in 74 minutes of action before Nicole Blazo finished out the final 16.
