POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – The SUNY Morrisville women's volleyball team wrapped up weekend action Saturday afternoon at the Vassar College tourney, falling to the hosts by a 3-1 match final as Vassar stormed back over the final three sets to post the win.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

• Host Vassar College stormed back to post a 3-1 match decision over visiting SUNY Morrisville Saturday afternoon, claiming wins over the final three sets of the non-league matchup in Poughkeepsie.
• Morrisville opened with the 25-17 victory in the first of the four-set match, before the hosts edged the visitors by a combination of five points over the next two for a 2-1 match lead.
• Vassar took home the win with a 25-19 win in the fourth set.
• In keeping with play this season, senior Emily Huppee (Liberty Hill, Tex.) posted double figures in kills, throwing down 19, while teammate Kayci Olson (Cortland, N.Y.) added another 10.
• Samantha Siedlecki (Thorton, Colo.) added seven at the net, hitting .357, while also putting up a front at the net with three assisted blocks.
• Cassandra Bellmore (Windsor, N.Y.) added three assisted blocks to go along with six digs and six kills.
• Kayla Sheasby (Hood River, Ore.) boasted 20 digs in the defensive efforts for the Mustangs, also contributing three assists and two aces.
