Morrisville Takes Down Badgers In Conference Win



Johnson, VT – The SUNY Morrisville women's basketball team had a strong second quarter as they would outscore the Badgers 26-10 to pull away and pick up the 63-50 win.

  • The Mustangs tough defense would lead to offense as the Mustangs would finish with 20 steals, which would lead to 27 points.
  • Anyssia Ingersoll (Mexico, N.Y.) led the Mustangs in scoring as she finished with 12 points.  Ingersoll would also lead the Mustangs with 5 steals.     
  • Dezie Becker (Endicott, N.Y.) hit 3 three-pointers for 9 points for the Mustangs, while fellow teammate Josely Medina (Florida, N.Y.) would also make 3 three-pointers for 9 points.
