Utica, N.Y. – The SUNY Morrisville men's basketball team dropped the season finale 89-78.  The Mustangs would fall behind in the first half 51-30, but would battle back as they outscored the Golden Flyers in the second half 48-38.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• The Mustangs offense would come alive in the second half as they would shoot 17-35 from the field for 48.57%.  Morrisville would have a strong day at the free throw line as they would go 17-20 on the day.
• Jacob Works (Liverpool, N.Y.) would lead the team in score as he shot 8-13 from the field and a perfect 9-9 from the free throwline for a career-high 26 points.
• Jakhi Lucas (Rochester, N.Y) finished with 17 points while leading the team with 4 steals and 3 assists.
• Brandon Kulakowski (Brewerton, N.Y.) came off the bench to finish with 8 points and finished with a team 9 rebounds.
• Shaheem Sanders (Schenectady, N.Y.) scored 6 points and pulled down 8 rebounds while teammate Kareem Sanders (Schenectady, N.Y) scored 9 points.
