WASHINGTON, D.C. – The SUNY Morrisville men's basketball team concluded the 2022-23 season Saturday afternoon on the road at Gallaudet University, falling in the season finale by a  73-61 final score in Washington, D.C.

• SUNY Morrisville men's basketball concluded the 2022-23 season Saturday afternoon on the road at Gallaudet University, falling in the season finale by a 73-61 final score to the Bison.
• Three posted double figures for the Mustangs, led by Tron Smith (Brooklyn, N.Y.) who collected 12 points while grabbing six rebounds.
• Shykell Brown (Rochester, N.Y.) added 11 in the efforts, while teammate Charles Brown (Harlem, N.Y.) came off the bench to add 10 to go along with a team high nine rebounds.
• Morrisville struggled from the opening whistle and found themselves trailing by 11 midway through the first period.
• Gallaudet continued attacking the basket and built up a 14-point advantage at the break.
• Morrisville was able to get within 11 in the first five of the second period, but that's as close as they would get as Gallaudet controlled the pace for the remainder of the contest en route to the win.
