Morrisville, N.Y. – The SUNY Morrisville women's basketball team out scored the Pioneers 45-36 in the second half but it would not be enough at Utica University picked up the win 78-66.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• Brooke Hammersley (Weedsport, N.Y.) would score her 1,000-point career college point late in the game as she would hit a three pointer in the 4^th quarter to score her 7^th point of the game.  She is the 6^th player in school history to score 1,000 points. 
• Anyssia Ingersoll (Mexico, N.Y.) would lead the Mustangs in scoring as she finished with 15 points.  Ingersoll finished shooting 6-8 from the field, 1-1 from the 3-point line, and 2-3 from the free throw line.
• Dezia Becker (Endicott, N.Y.) led the Mustangs with 4 assists while Abbie Platt (Oneonta, N.Y.) led the team with 10 rebounds and 4 steals.
• Delimar Vega-Haley (Worcester, N.Y.) and Josely Medina (Florida, N.Y.) would both come off the bench for Morrisville to score double digits.  Vega-Haley finished with 12 points while Medina finished with 11 points scored.
