Morrisville, N.Y. – The SUNY Morrisville women's basketball team played strong right from tip-off as they forced 26 turnovers and finished with 20 steals in a win over SUNY Poly 60-42.

- Morrisville jumped out to an early lead as they would finish the 1st quarter up 16-9. They would extend their lead in the second quarter as they would go into halftime with a 28-15 lead.
- The Mustangs defense would force 26 turnovers and would score 19 points off of turnovers.
- Hannah Bonczkowski (Otego, N.Y.) led all scorers with 16 points as she shot 6-18 from the field and 4-15 from the 3-point line.
- Brooke Hammersley (Weedsport, N.Y.) shot 3-5 from the field and 3-4 from the free throw line to score 9 points for the Mustangs. Hammersley also finished with 3 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals for Morrisville.
- Dezia Becker (Endicott, N.Y.) led the Mustangs with 8 assists to go along with her 6 points and 4 rebounds.
- Anna Neufeld (Dobbs Ferry, N.Y.) finished with a team high 8 rebounds and 4 blocks, while Abbie Platt (Oneonta, N.Y.) finished with 7 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 blocks, and a team high 4 steals.
