MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – The SUNY Morrisville women's basketball team pushed their win streak to six Tuesday night as they topped visiting Penn St. Berks by a 77-40 United East final on the Mustangs home court in Morrisville.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

• Host SUNY Morrisville collected their sixth straight victory to up their league record to 6-0 Tuesday evening as they handed visiting Penn St. Berks the 77-40 United East loss.
• Morrisville collected a game total 14 three's in their all around team effort, dominating the Nittany Lions from the floor, as well as on the glass, outgaining Berks 45-33 in rebounding.
• Abby VandeWalker (Johnstown, N.Y.) drained four from long range for the Mustangs to lead the team off the bench with 16 points, also adding five rebounds and two steals.
• Rachel Vieira (Caruthers, Calif.) added another three from behind the arc, collecting a game total 15 points, dishing out three assists and posting three steals.
• Cara Walker (Phelps, N.Y.) led the hosts on the glass with her 12 rebounds, snagging five offensive boards, while dishing out seven assists and intercepting eight more.
• Walker also had seven points.
• Morrisville had 21 second chance points and had 23 off turnovers across the night as they shot 35% from behind the arc and 39.7% overall in the game.

• Morrisville (6-0 United East) returns to the court Friday in a big match up against Lancaster Bible College (4-1 United East), before facing Penn St. Harrisburg (5-0 United East) on Saturday.
