AURORA, N.Y. – Senior Aria Treadway (Rome, N.Y.) scored twice to lead visiting SUNY Morrisville field hockey to a 2-1 win over host Wells College Saturday afternoon in Aurora.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

• Visiting SUNY Morrisville field hockey picked up a non-conference win Saturday afternoon as they topped host Wells College 2-1 in Aurora.
• Aria Treadway (Rome, N.Y.) posted both scores for the Mustangs as they tallied the come from behind win.
• After a scoreless first quarter, Wells put the first on the board at the 15:44 mark, seconds into the second quarter.
• Morrisville responded with an unassisted tally from Treadway to even the mark at one at 24:22.
• Playing back and forth for most of the remainder of the contest, Morrisville was able to collect the winning score, again off the stick of Treadway, as they picked up the 2-1 win.
• Morgan Dueber (Owego, N.Y.) picked up the win in net for the Mustangs, collecting six saves.
