Box Score CAZENOVIA, N.Y. – The SUNY Morrisville men's basketball team picked up their first win of the 2021-22 season Friday night, doubling up SUNY ESF in the second half en route to a 82-59 victory in the Route 20 Classic hosted at Cazenovia.

• SUNY Morrisville men used a strong shooting second half to collect their first win of the season Friday night, handing SUNY ESF a 82-59 defeat in the Route 20 Classic hosted by Cazenovia College in Cazenovia.
• Four collected double figures for the Mustangs, including Tavon Price (Bronx, N.Y.) who paved the way with a team high 17, adding three assists to his tallies on the night, as he went 6-for-9 from the floor, including a 3-for-3 outing from beyond the arc.
• Brison Hall (Syracuse, N.Y.) came off the bench to collect 14, adding seven boards to his tallies, while Tron Smith (Brooklyn, N.Y.) posted 13 points and seven boards to go along with two assists.
• Jon Brennan (Irvington, N.Y.) rounded out the scoring leaderboard with 11 points, collecting a team high six assists and three blocked shots.
• Isiah Walker led the Mustangs on the boards, collecting 12, as Morrisville held the 49-38 advantage on the glass.
• Morrisville led by as many as eight midway through the opening half before ESF chipped away to make it a two-point game at the break.
• In the second, the Mustangs opened with a 16-2 run to claim a double-digit lead in the first five minutes of the period, extending it to as many as 21 as they claimed the lead.
• Morrisville shot 51.4% from the floor in the second half, including a 37.5% effort from long range where they added six additional three's to their tallies for a game total 10.
• The Mustangs finished the contest shooting 45.3% on the night, a 31.3% effort from long range.
