NEW PALTZ, N.Y. – The SUNY Morrisville women's lacrosse team dropped a SUNYAC road decision to host New Paltz Wednesday afternoon, falling 1-23 in league action to the host Hawks.

• Visiting SUNY Morrisville women's lacrosse fell in conference play Wednesday afternoon on the road at host SUNY New Paltz, dropping the 1-23 league decision.
• Anyssia Ingersoll (Mexico, N.Y.) collected the Mustangs lone goal on the day, also leading the visitors in ground ball pick ups with four and eight draw controls.
• Aniyah Smith (Grovetown, Ga.) posted the loss between the pipes for Morrisville, registering 13 saves while also snagging two ground balls.
• Ingersoll's score came midway through the fourth quarter, her 13^th of the season.
• New Paltz jumped out to an 8-0 lead after the opening quarter, before adding six more tallies in the second half.
• Grace Loadwick (Baldwinsville, N.Y.) and Deli Vega-Haley (Worcester, N.Y.) each contributed to the Mustangs defensive efforts, causing two turnovers apiece.
