Morrisville, N.Y. – The SUNY Morrisville women's basketball team was unable to pick up the win against Oswego State on Saturday afternoon.  The Mustangs would find themselves down 15 to start the fourth quarter but would battle back to cut the lead to 8 points, but the Lakers big lead was to much as the Mustangs would fall 82-73.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• The Mustangs defense would finish with 10 steals and forcing 20 Lakers turnovers.  Morrisville would take advantage of the turnovers as they would score 23 points off of turnovers while the lakers would only score 5 points.
• Delimar Vega-Haley (Worcester, N.Y.) finished 7-11 from the field and 2-3 from the free throw for 16 points while also finishing with 3 steals and 3 assists.  Vega-Haley's performance over the last two days has earned her a spot on the All-Tournament Team.
• Anyssia Ingersoll (Mexico, N.Y.) came off the bench to lead the Mustangs in scoring as she finished with 18 points.
• Brooke Hammersly (Weedsport, N.Y.) led the team with 7 rebounds while also scoring 13 points, while teammate Celeste Baldwin (Bainbridge, N.Y.) finished with 8 points.
